Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry Education from the University of South Florida. During her time at the university, she actively participated in the Suncoast Area Teacher Training Leadership Program, which provided her with valuable opportunities to enhance her communication and leadership skills, as well as develop expertise in Kagan Cooperative Learning and problem-solving techniques.
Her involvement in the program led to her role as a coach, where she mentored and guided aspiring teachers while pursuing a master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Instructional Technology.
Elizabeth went on to lead a successful 80-person sales team while helping the love of her life build a thriving photography business.
In 2020 she joined the Southwestern Consulting team where she is a top producer, team leader, certified trainer, and keynote speaker. She loves spending time with her husband Fred and their two sons.
